Mission & Vision

Mission Statement
CyberSecPolicy Girls is dedicated to providing free mentorship programs and training to young girls interested in pursuing a career in the cyber field. We welcome young talents already in the field and provide support and opportunities to succeed in the field.  In addition, we educate girls on safety online, women development and empowerment. 

Our mission is to close the knowledge and gender gap in the cyber field by developing holistic experts in the field.  We strive to mind the knowledge and gender gap in the cyber field through access to mentorship, training, educational resources and career development.

Vision Statement:
Our vision at CyberSecPolicy Girls is to ensure gender equity in the cyber field. We envisage a world where women are equally represented and successful in the cyber field. We aim to be the leading initiative that inspires, educates, and supports young girls to pursue their interests and passions in the field.

Our goal is to build a community of diverse, talented, and empowered girls/women who shape the future of cybersecurity and drive positive change in the industry.
